How to run Tilezen service locally?

Since Mapzen shutdown, I have read suggestions on 'https://mapzen.com/blog/migration/' website. Still several questions troubled me.

1、I have installed joerd on my computer.What's command to run this tool, do you have detail examples? 2、I'd like to process elevation data and release it on my computer. How to install and run Tilezen service locally? Do you have any suggestion?
