code completion - suggestion precedence

the suggestions should first look through existing names within the scope of the code, then suggest completions from the completion files.

At present many suggestions don't complete to the desired word until almost the entire word is typed out. Making the suggestions only useful in a limited sense.

I'll have a careful look at the way completion files work and see if there's something that can be tweaked.

I'm almost certain that the fix here is to use scopes to narrow the context in which completions are triggered. I haven't had time to look at it, and the scope notation makes my head hurt. However, it looks like the existing set of scopes is in ChucK.tmLanguage. Maybe :D

good, if I finish the assignment in time with a smile then I'll investigate that. I didn't find much in the way of googling for "completion suggestion precedence"
