Notes with legato effect go quiet after repeating the pattern

When started from current pattern, notes with EAxx effect play fine. However, if repeat pattern flag is on, when pattern is played for 2nd and above time, these notes are dead...

I suppose it relates to the note not triggering first because legato is on (therefore having to turn off legato to actually trigger the note first)
