(Possible bug) 4OP channel pairs play differently depending on playback starting point

Example file containing this issue has been provided. The oddity with the two separate operators happen in section 03 - when starting playback directly from section 03, channels 7 & 8, 9 & 10, instruments 07 and 08 play as intended, but when starting playback from other sections to section 03, instruments 07 and 08 are playing incorrectly. It's possible that the channel pairs might be combining the patches into 4 OP in some way? 4OP playback oddity.zip
