Commander X16 Native Export Format: ZSM

Adds "Export To ZSM" option to the File menu whenever VERA or YM2151 are present in the current project.

ZSM format can be played natively on the Commander X16 using the Zsound library, or any program capable of processing the file format. ZSM format specification is included in papers.

Wow! I can't wait until this gets merged! Until then, I'm afraid I'll have to stick with DefleMask, but it sure would be nice to have X16 support in Furnace.
