Notes being held out after release in OPLL (drum mode off)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a new OPLL/YM2413 module (without drums).
  2. Play a note in either column 8 or 9, preferably a high note.
  3. Listen closely.

A high-pitched sound should be heard depending on the instrument used. This is not heard for the other 7 channels. The only way for the sound to go away is to press F12.

I'm currently using this build of Furnace.
