Added RAM size flag for MSX Moonsound compatibility, Default is 4MB (DalSoRi R2.0 uses this)

The requested change is now resolved, but what else is there to work on? The question is because the wiki page for unimplemented systems is updated to reflect on it being an ongoing event, and also because an oversight on the MultiPCM sample length limit was just barely caught
