Refactor the file to be more readable and fix the links to some pages

As described by @valerievossen in the issue #1209 there are problem with the links to the popular pages. I have corrected links inside pages.json file but I am not sure if this actually solves the whole problem. Lets wait what @thierrylahaije has to say.
