Update with latest libraries

Need new regain build with update of libraries to the latest. Below are the few latest

1. Lucene - 8.8.2 - https://mirrors.estointernet.in/apache/lucene/java/8.8.2/
2. Regexp has been retired. Need to upgrade to java newer version of java.util.regexp - http://jakarta.apache.org/regexp/
3. Apache PDF Box 3.0 - https://pdfbox.apache.org/download.html ... ....
