Feature Request: Blacklist and Whitelist numbers

as per #81 sometimes I text myself. This creates an infinite loop. It would be great to implement a blacklist and whitelist for numbers to directly specify should or should not be bridged. Additionally a "Gray list" could be added for numbers that should only bridge one way.
