Update libirecovery and libplist names for 1.0.0/2.2.0

Version 1.0.0 of libirecovery and version 2.2.0 of libplist changed the library names from libirecovery to libirecovery-1.0 and from libplist to libplist-2.0, respectively, which causes idevicerestore to not find the libraries. This patch fixes that.

Note that the master branch is currently missing one of the patches used in the version used by futurerestore (c97e02e22b9971471db5dcb3b9e02eb30222d6c0), this commit is not in any branch in this repository.
