iPad Mini 4 getting constant Kernel Panics / iOS 10.3.1

I have iPad Mini 4, and everyday I have 2 Kernel Panics using double H3lix, I also have using G0blin. I've tried to uninstall 90% of Tweaks, just keep the PokemonGO tweaks, Cylinder and Cercube for Youtube. And Keeps getting Kernel Panics. I'm praying for a fix, hope you guys can fix this problem.
