Link in DESIGN.md leads to 404
I have found that https://github.com/tigerbeetle/tigerbeetle/blob/5ae6bcdfd6c9e7cef399dc105ce2a0066e7235d1/docs/DESIGN.md?plain=1#L66 points to https://skillsmatter.com/skillscasts/5247-the-lmax-exchange-architecture-high-throughput-low-latency-and-plain-old-java which answers with a 404 Not Found. I was not able to find an alternative link because https://skillsmatter.com/ does not seem to be live (only has an early access list registration form).
Should there maybe be no link, should that link maybe be made public by skillsmatter (if the 404 is fake), or should there be a link to somewhere else instead?
One potential alternative is https://martinfowler.com/articles/lmax.html but as I have never seen the original target of the link, I can't really tell what the author intended here.
