OMEMO encrypted messages from iOS to Android are not decryptable

This also happened to me and its because if the send and receive presence option isn't picked when adding new contact it doesn't work. My work around was to have user turn on presence but have the user in Android for instance Conversations have them add the user and notify presence and then siskin im receives the request and when you accept it works on going.

That's also the case for me, but OMEMO should work without presence subscription because the PEP node should be public.
