Both contacts are "offline", although they both are online

Describe the bug Me and my wife installed Siskin IM on out iphones. We registered accounts at tigase.im But unfortunately, we see each other as "offline", although we are both online.

Expected behavior If each of us is online, I expect to look "online" for my wife (and the same thing she expects from me).

Details (please complete the following information):

• Siskin Version: last one - installed 2023-12-28
• iOS version: 17
• iPhone model: iphone 11 pro max and iphone 14 pro max

Have you added each other to the roster/contact list and while adding have you selected "Ask for presence updates" and is "Disclose my online status" checked?

If not, then you need to fix that as presence are only exchange between contacts if both of those items are enabled.

Hi there, having the same issue here too. iPhones SE2020 and 15 pro. Updates installed. Settings checked as mentioned above on both phones. Still we are offline to each other. We even tried to set us both to status "online" and appear offline. Thanks.
