Escape schema name

When the schema name includes a dash (for instance), the current version is failing.

I also included a quick start guide for those like me who are very bad at java. Please let me know if there is a better way to run the program ;)

Ah, that it useful. Too late for me, though: I have already figured it out the hard way.

It is not a better way, but for those who like to use Maven and Docker: I just did that in 2021, and it worked.
