Switch to launch GUI from out-winprint (-gui) not working

`out-winprint -gui` is supposed to launch the GUI (on Windows). It does nothing.

TextCte supports form-feeds. To remove TextCte we need AnsiCte to do same.

e.g. `PrintBackground`, `Grayscale`, and `Darkness`

Duh.

E.g. to have a sheet definition "Envelope" that automatically chooses an envelop printer size (and potentially another printer).

But font picker doesn't filter on just fixed pitch. Either: - Fix AnsiCte to support variable pitch fonts (hard) - Filter font dialog (easy)
