Request for keyboard shortcuts

Thanks for the handy and minimalistic package, I'm loving it.

My suggestion: Adding hotkeys/keyboard shortcuts for the following commands (as well as suggested hotkeys):

command	hotkey
mark as done	alt+d
increasing priority	ctrl+shift+]
decreasing priority	ctrl+shift+[
ignore line	alt+r

I haven't been enhancing this package, much. I'll add the help wanted label... PRs are welcomed :)

As an aside, there is a shortcut for marking a task as done: CTRL + / (or CMD + /, on Mac), the single-line comment shortcut.
