Add indicator for which tag folder that a tag comes from

Now that there are multiple tag folders it'd be helpful to know which folder a given tag comes from. Right now the best solution is for tags added by a package to manually assign each of its tags to a group. Maybe the default group for a tag in a non-default folder should be the name of that folder, instead of an empty string/nil.
