Add Solved Indicators to MCP Front Page

The front page of the moderator control panel contains two quick sections listing latest topics needing approval, and also latest topics reported by users for abuse of some kind. The original Topic Solved MOD used to append solved indicators to the topics listed in either.

For this extension, new template events in the core phpBB prosilver style will be required.

Would be please possible to add option to mark/unmark as solved multiple posts directly in MCP? Just like you can lock, move, copy, merge, delete etc.?
