Add more indicators to the table and fix package notes

• Add coverage badge to summary
• Add repository topics to summary
• Make sure check() is ok
• Add Actions to check the package
• Add a unit test that helps as a reprex to explore graphql file options

I wanted to show which of my repositories have the hacktoberfest topic.
