Extract `join_ptype_common()`

For https://github.com/duckdblabs/duckplyr/issues/168.

We have the ptype but can't (and don't need to) access the values. If we agree on the implementation, I can "vendor" this into duckplyr so that we don't need to wait for the dplyr release.
