Update Storms dataset

  • 2020 and 2021 data is available
  • Some storms are missing. Probably time to redo (and simplify!) the parser.
    • 2020: Bertha, Dolly, Laura, Delta
    • 2021: Grace

I've been maintaining it, so I'll have a look.

Update: The missing storms are caused by names not being unique. So if a storm in one year has missing data, the parser was dropping every storm with that same name. Fix: Use id instead of name.
