  • [ ] update to CRAN versions (for all but censored and parsnip) before rendering

I've taken out examples of turning event time or probabilities into the event/non-event format since those are now covered in the details article and instead just linked to that. That means that we don't show the code to produce the example ROC curve for eval time of 5 but I think there is value in focussing the (visible) code on how to calculate ROC AUC for all eval times, rather than walk through "too much detail" in this article.
