Geofencing is best used with a polygon or objects that have an area. Polylines do not work well as geofences. Though you could create a buffered polygon around the segments of the polyline and use it as a geofence.

will the future version support this Features？

There's been experiments around using polyline segments as geofences. A point can then be snapped to the polyline and fire notifications when it reaches certain segments of the line. This can be usefule for railroad and highway applications. This may be included in a future release.

hi, tidwall we are a company which do something about gis and electronic waterway map. tile38 is very well for us. why we need monitor the track of point Intersects the polyline, the down picture is our use scene. and we need to kown the ship Intersects the section form which direction.
