There’s a few things that can be done here, first increase your batch size in your Plex settings (press advanced). Also switch to using MySql if possible for the database

Regarding the qr code, that’s very hard for me to help with because it’s down to everyone’s setup. I’m by far not an expert with reverse proxies.
