feat(ios): rewarded video ads
iOS implementation of the Reward Video ad type.
@vijaysingh-axway @ypbnv Android and iOS have a lot of parity issues now due to different implementation of interstitial and rewarded video ads. I like the direction where Android is going with different proxies for the different ad types. However, the new proxies are missing some functionality like setting additional request data. I think we need to do some refactoring here and get both platforms aligned again
@janvennemann It was discussed with Yordan that in iOS also we are going to use separate proxy for interstitial for parity. I think we can update this PR to have separate proxy for rewarded video ads. And we can do a separate PR for adding separate proxy for interstitial ads. Then we can release new iOS version of ti.admob which will have parity with android. What you think?
Someone can review and test the code please ? It will be great to have rewarded video in ti.admob module and not using another module, that cause conflit. Thank you !
We are working on getting the Android and iOS API on par in #86 and #89. These need to get merged before we can get this is. I'll sync up with @ypbnv to see when we can schedule this.

iOS Ver 2.5.0 breaks the build but 2.4.0 works.
The rewarded advert proxy would be a great addition
Is there still any chance of seeing this feature implemented, or has it been abandoned?
