Support GIF/WEBP frame duration in Image widget

Currently, rendering an animated GIF or WEBP cycles through frames without taking the frame duration data into account. It would be nice if this could be supported.

+1. The Image widget doesn't appear to respect the frame time given in the GIF or WEBP animation. Just a bug?
