Costco Gas applet not appearing in mobile app

@matslina and team - thanks for merging my Costco gas app yesterday. I'm not seeing it available in my Tidbyt mobile app yet. Can you look into that?

There's a separate switch they have to do in order for it to be on the app after merge. They usually do internal testing before putting it on the app, so that may be why.
