New App: OG Clock Remake (Request from Reddit)

This is an attempt to re-create the
Original Clock App by Tidbyt (that's closed-source)as a request from a reddit post by @G3rman42. -
This PR only includes the following:
- Time
- Placeholder Icon
- Placeholder Temperature
- Placeholder Precipitation
- Layout

The remaining work will be taken over by @G3rman42 / other community members

Yes the app was intentionally left at WIP point. The app was meant to be a collaborative effort between @G3rman42 and I. @G3rman42 will complete the rest of the app.
But I'll close this PR off in the mean time 👍🏻
