Silently erroring?

Hi! I've used vim-tidal in the past without errors but now that I've updated it seems to be silently failing.

At first I was seeing the same error as in #32 but following these update commands I can successfully use tidal.

Unfortunately when I use <c-e> or :TidalSend it flashes the line but doesn't send at all. When I use tidalvimit simply opens two split tmux panes & nothing happens. Any ideas what might be going wrong here? Happy to provide more debugging information if needed!

fwiw i ran into this when i had my base indices on panes and windows not at the default (0) in my tmux.conf
