MIDI stops working after sleep

I am immensely grateful that tidal-midi exists and that I am allowed to use it. One thing tho...

When I close the lid or otherwise put my computer to sleep tidal-midi stops working and I need to reboot Atom or TidalVim in order to get it working again. This decreases workflow as I'm always on the run.

OS X 10.10.5
