Chord notes/tones should be ordered numerically after modification

Some chord modifiers create a situation where the resulting chord tone list is not numerically ordered low to high. This is only noticeable when you arpeggiate the chord, but is a bit unexpected when it happens.

I'm not a piano player, but I think if we want to investigate adjusting the voicing of chords (and potentially spreading the voicings to avoid the roots happening again too early with those numeric modifiers) it's probably a discussion for a different modifier?
