[Request/Suggestion] JP2 Thumbnails

Similarly to SVGs, JPEG2000 files also don't have thumbnails in Windows. There was an XP era extension for this that doesn't work anymore (http://www.optimidata.com/english/jpeg2000sw/jp2_shell_extension.html), and seemingly no other program that does. (Allegedly SageThumbs is supposed to be able to use XnViews backend to somehow make it work, but I have yet to see it working https://www.reddit.com/r/software/comments/wro4os/thumbnails_for_jp2_images_any_software_that_will/ikuc9ye/).

I'm hoping some of the knowledge gained by developing this extension would be transferrable to this case.
