Explorer Windows 11 shows width=100% and height=100% of viewbox as small squares.

Screenshot shows svg thumbnails in Windows Explorer, darkmode, where small white squares in top left are faulty displayed rectangles. When opening files in inkscape, this problem does not occur. Problem is not limited to just a few files. Powertoys is not installed. Windows 23H2.
