KernelSU Manager crashes on updating any modules

Describe the bug

I have this issue for quite a long time that whenever i go to update any install module from the KernelSU manager the download completes but at the time of installation the manager crashes. I can however install the downloaded module manually by using the install option. I have attached logs and a screen recording for the issue below.

To Reproduce

1. Opened KernelSU Manager
2. Go to module section
3. Got an update for a installed module and clicked on it
4. Updated module got downloaded and Manager crashes

Expected behavior

The updated module got installed automatically after downloading
