Feature request: patern import and export

It would be really useful to be able to import and export patterns (ideally in some text-only format, so the patterns could easily be edited using any text-editing tool).

This would allow easy sharing of patterns among TIME1's users, so users wouldn't necessarily have to create patterns themselves and interesting patterns could easily be propagated among the community.
