Circumvent PR deploy protection

Hey, drive by issue.

I think it might be possible to deploy your service from a PR (from any account) without your consent. I think if someone where to just comment out the if statement on the first line of your deploy.sh and the last line (fi) it would deploy whatever just passed the tests.

I ran into http://thylong.com/ci/2016/deploying-from-travis-to-gce/ which lead me to your repo which I found very interesting.

With your consent I would like to attempt this and see what happens. Would that be okay with you?
