Unable to acquire JDBC Connection 运行一段时间，获取不到数据库连接

系统启动一段时间后，就会报获取不到数据链接问题，具体报错如下，有人遇到过吗？

使用war包部署后能够成功展示页面，在ROOT包内修改数据库与redis账号密码后重新启动tomcat服务后,访问页面变空白了,没有任何报错是什么情况
