two not included nii.gz files in the BraTS2015 dataset

In the data.py, brainmask.nii.gz and OTMultiClass.nii.gz are loaded from the path, but the BraTS2015 dataset doesn't include these two files. Could you please tell me where to get these files? And are the files with the postfix _subtrMeanDivStd.nii.gz generated by your code? I can't track their sources either.
