Why do we remove 1st column when making predictions?

Hi @thushv89

Thanks a lot for this repository, I found it really useful.

I have a quick question - Why do you remove the 1st column from the dataset on which predictions are to be made - https://github.com/thushv89/xgboost-aws-container/blob/master/xgboost/predictor.py#L71?

Is this assuming that the first column would be the target column?
