difficult to read min temperatures in blue when in dark mode

I love the dark mode option but find that the blue "min" temperatures on the forecast screen have fairly low contrast and it's fairly difficult to read them, especially at-a-glance.

An alternative to using different colours for dark mode might be to provide an option to disable min/max blue/red colouring altogether. I personally don't find this particularly useful.

Loss of min/max coloring wouldn't be the end of the world but dark mode ought to alter text color too IMO. Unfortunately I'm switching to light mode for now and hope this will be improved before long. Thanks for this app!

I'll try both - add the coloring as an option and change colors for dark mode.
