Extact bunch of first launch dialogs into dedicated activity

When user opens app first time (or when app data is deleted), multiple dialog windows appears one by one as shown on pics below:

I think it'll be much better to move all this dialogs and checks to something like StartupActivity because now it looks awkward and frustrating.
