Widget doesn't update without accessing the app

I want to see current and future weather from the widget in Home screen, but it doesn't update automatically. I need to open the app and refresh for it to refresh. Is it because of a setting I have? Thanks.

I'm now sure, I found some problem regarding update of widget but still not sure about the solution. Unfortunately there are not much log messages around the widget updates in the current release. So I've added some more log messages and put the unreleased build here: https://de-next.owncube.com/index.php/s/zie8dYZqT63W7q4 Please, install this build, try the update again and if it does not work again (it's possible), grab the logs and put the logs here again.
