Shortcut can't run

When trying to run the shortcut, it says "an unknown error occured" and it will not run. iPhone 7, iOS 13.3. IMG_2875

At which action does this error occur? Do you have iCloudDrive enabled? Have you tried re-downloading the shortcut?
