Differences between official and open-source version

Hi, I have another question in addiction to my last opened issue here https://github.com/thunderkeys/pdfconvertme-public/issues/6 .... I've noticed that if I send a mail with an inline image and two Word attachments, I get returned all of them converted (body and all attachments).

It's possible to obtain this result also in open source version or is a prerogative of the official version offered by pdfconvert.me website?

working on updating the opensource version with the redo that I did of the main service version. nothing super secret, just been a time constraint. Will update when I have a new release.
