Add support for Azure Data Studio

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When trying to install manually, I get error that this extension is not compatible with current VS Code engine version.

Describe the solution you'd like I want to be able to install Thunder Client extension from Azure Data Studio extension Marketplace.

Describe alternatives you've considered Tried to download ThunderClient and install it manually.

Minimum vscode version required is v1.63.0
