Portuguese translation

I have had a very kind offer to look into translating the app in Portuguese by @docelimao.

This issue will track the conversation around adding this in a future release of the app!

If you search through the PRs that were opened in the fall, you'll find examples like this one: https://github.com/thunderbiscuit/padawan-wallet/pull/331. This is roughly the work that needs to be done.
