Remember the input value of the Folder search

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Hamburger
2. Manage Folders
3. Set a filter for a folder >>> remeber this
4. Long tap on a Folder and change something
5. Go back to Point 3. .. here it should remeber the Filter.

Expected behavior

It should remember the Filter until it is changed or removed/deleted.

Actual behavior

it forgets the filter

Developer note: I've just spent quite a bit of time on this and failed to make SearchView properly restore the saved state. We've had so many problems with SearchView that we should probably spend time moving away from it rather than wasting time trying to make it do what we want.
