Just looking at the screenshots it's not clear to me what the problem is. Can you please describe the problem?

If this is about the name of the Sent folder not being translated, see #6799.

It's not a translation problem. Outbox（发件箱）is empty. I think the results of parsing messages in the sent folder should be displayed in the outbox（发件箱）. Inbox can see emails but outbox is empty, to view sent emails you have to go to the sent folder, which is weird.
